Product Characteristics:
The feedstock oil is continuously hydrolyzed at high temperature and high pressure to obtain fatty acids. Different fatty acids are prepared according to a certain ratio and then neutralized with liquid alkali to obtain a soap base. The soap base is vacuum dried and then extruded into a soap noodles by a refiner. Soap Noodles mainly refer to the complex mixture of fatty acid sodium salts, with excellent wetting, dispersing and washing ability, suitable for soap washing after textile dyeing and rapid washing of production equipment.
