Application:
1、Sodium metabisulfite food grade serves as a conservation and anti-oxidation agent. It is mainly used to protect shellfish against melanosis. and it is also used in bleacher (Sweet, pastry, water-soaked bamboo slices, etc.); loosening agent (bread, biscuit, etc.); corrosion resistance antiseptic (fruit juice, can, brewing, grain storage, etc.); antioxygen antistaling agent (acupuncture needle sprout, sea food, garden stuff, etc.)
2、Sodium metabisulfite tech grade, use as Printing and dyeing mordant; antichlor in after fabric bleaching; chemical and medicine reducer and sulfonating agent; bleaching agent of bamboo, wood and paper fiber; nonferrous metal dressing agent; waste water finishing agent; rubber coagulator; alkyl spice aldehyde in spice industry; depilating agent, softening agent and anti-wear agent in leather industry; reducer of developer and protective agent of fixative in sensitization industry.
